FHWA and CDOT announce that the SH 402 Environmental Assessment process has been completed with the signature of the NEPA Decision Document, a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI). The Meander Alternative (preferred alternative), which was presented to the public at the hearing, is the selected alternative that will be designed and eventually constructed.

The FONSI acknowledges public hearing comments and concerns, including noise impact questions, and a commitment that CDOT will update the noise study for the Paradise Acres area.

This notice is to inform you that the FONSI can be viewed on the project website at www.sh402ea.com/fonsi.php. You may also review a copy at the front desk of the CDOT Loveland Residency at 2207 East Highway 402 in Loveland or at FHWA at 12300 W. Dakota Avenue #180 in Lakewood.
